Our goal is to work with you - and your budget - to get you organized! There are many ways to work within your budget. We will utilize supplies you already have on-hand... We will give you simple assignements to complete on your own so that you can cut down on your one-on-one sessions... And lastly, we can spread your project(s) out over a longer time period to help you budget your organizing dollars! Consider it Done! also offers discounts for larger organizing packages as well as for non-profit groups and those on fixed incomes. Organizing sessions are booked at a 4-hour minimum. All sessions are charged at an hourly rate of $45 per hour; however, our organizing packages offer you incredible discounts of up to 25%. Call today for package pricing!
The only exclusion to the 4-hour minimum and/or hourly rate is the initial assessment, moving services, and closet installations - closets will be billed per project. Periodically, CID! will make special offers through coupons, deals of the day, groupon, living social, and other means. These special offers are not subject to the 4-hour minimum for the initial session and cannot be combined with other discounted offers.
The initial in-home consultation is $50 and must be pre-paid via a debit/credit card, or via a check before the consultation. If you are unable to use a debit or credit card, please contact us for other arrangements.
All subsequent organizing sessions can be pre-purchased, or paid by cash or check at the end of each organizing session. Please see below for our refund policy on pre-purchased hours. No out of state checks accepted.
Refund Policy: Pre-purchased hours can be fully refunded within 7 days.** After 365 days, all pre-purchased hours will forfeit 50% of their value. Refunds are adjusted based on hours charged due to last minute cancellations, no-shows, or recaculation of hours from a discounted package(see: Cancellation Policy). Please allow one - two statement cycles for your refund. This does NOT include hours purchased as a gift certificate or Groupons. Groupons, other coupon offers, and gift certificates are non-refundable. The cancellation policy does apply toward gift certificate and groupon hours, or any other coupons/special deals purchased. Any hours used from a discounted package rate, will be billed at the regular rate if a refund is requested and work has been done in the first 7 days from the purchase date (i.e. Your package is priced at $35 per hour because you were in agreement to purchase X number of hours. You use 4 of those hours and ask for a refund from the rest of your organizing package. Those first 4 hours will be billed at the full organizing rate of $40 as your discounted rate was only given based on a multi-hour package purchase.)
A travel fee will be applied to all customers 50 miles outside of our office location. This travel fee includes only mileage travel costs: $.30 per mile.
Supply purchases: A stipend will be required for the purchase of any organizing supplies. Consider it Done! will provide you with a detailed invoice of all purchases at the end of your project. The shopping fee is billed as one organizing hour.
Trash/Donation Removal Policies and Applicable Fees: CID! will remove all bulk trash, hazardous items (i.e. paint), yard sale items and donations for a fee of $20 per removal trip. The client will be provided with a receipt for their charitable donation of goods. CID will itemize your donations and pro.
Yard Sale: CID can evaluate your items and organize your yard sale. All items sold will be charged a 30% commission. A non-refundable retainer of $150 is required and will be applied toward total commission earned. The client is responsible for all costs - i.e. table rentals, advertising, pricing tags, etc. We will tag and price all items, run ads, place multiple signs in your area, and also post your items on the local Facebook trading and craigslist sites.
Returned check fees: There is a $35 returned check fee for all returned checks, plus any other costs incurred due to the returned item. After one returned check, only cash or paypal payments will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy: While we will make every attempt to confirm your appointment at least one day before your appointment, it is the client's responsibility to cancel the appointment. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. While we understand that emergencies may arise, after one emergency cancellation, a regularly priced 2-hour session fee ($100) will be charged. For any no-show appointment, the full organizing session is charged at the clients organizing rate. **By purchasing your hours online or through any other method, you agree to this policy.
If you are a no-show for your appointment or do not cancel before 12:00PM the day previous to your appointment, the full booked time will be charged (i.e. if you are scheduled from 9 - 1 and you are a no-show for the appointment or do not cancel before 12PM the previous day, the full 4-hours will be charged at your current organizing rate).
Auction packages: At Consider it Done! we strive to give back to our community. Please call us today if we can assist you with an auction package for your organization.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates can be purchased for a minimum of 4 hours - unless specail offers are made below. You can also purchase any of the organizing packages as a gift. Our cancellation policy applies to all gift certificates. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Groupons/special purchase offers: Any special offer purchases (coupons, groupon, living social, etc) are non-refundable through Consider it Done, nor are they redeemable for cash. All special coupon offers/groupons, are for new clients only, and only one such special offer is redeemable per household.
Referral Program: For each client you refer to Consider it Done!, you will receive one free hour of organizing services. These hours expire after 6 months from the date of the initial meeting/consultation. Two hours may be utilized per 4-hour appointment. The referred client must book at least one 4-hour organizing session at the current organizing rate for the free hour to be earned. Special promotion rates (i.e. groupon, coupons, living social deals) do not count toward the referral program. Up to 3 referral hours can be earned per calendar year. Up to 2 hours may be redeemed per 4-hour organizing session.
